Support group in Bay Area for single mothers-to-be

You are invited to join the MAIA Midwifery and
Preconception Services
Single Prospective Moms Support Group!

The group is held at our office in Orinda, California
(10 minutes east of Berkeley).

Creating a family as a solo parent can be both an
empowering and a solitary experience. This group will
bring together strong, amazing women to share hopes
and fears, dreams and desires.

Whether you are currently inseminating, in the process
of adoption, or weighing your options for how to
become a parent, this group is for you. Come join
with other women in the process of welcoming a child
into their lives, find a community of support with
others on the same path. This group will be a familiar
touch point as your journey unfolds.

Bi-monthly meetings are held on Thursdays. Due to the
overwhelming success of this group, we have split the
sessions into TWO GROUPS...

Pregnancy Group: For those who are seeking parenthood
through pregnancy, including those still in the
planning stages.
Meets from 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Adoption Group: For those who are seeking parenthood
via adoption. Meets from 7:30pm - 9:00pm

November 6 & 20
